Okay so i successfully certified play store and my ethernet works fine ( browser opens google opens) but when i open play store it comes up with DF-DFERH-01 error and i cant do anything

What do you mean by "certified play store"? To get google play working you need to open https://google.com/android/uncertified/?pli=1, on this page type your google framework services id. i also had this exact problem, and when i did this, google play become working
