I ran the game on Android 11 inside Lineage 18, with gapps, libndk, libhoudini and magisk installed. There was trouble to make the game run, but it ran and it became fine for some months. After some updates, there was some times I started to get download failed, even though, I clicked the download all button and it said it downloaded everything. It was not such a problem, because it seemed tied to specific units, so I could just use other units. But now, I couldn't even look at a stage details, and it gave me download failed. I click to retry to download, but it gives the same download failed again. The same stage I saw the details, also I couldn't enter. I always made sure to use the cmd 777 commands before downloading any new updates or data.
I use a computer with Mint + old hardware + Nvidia, so maybe it could be something because of that, but I think if it was, I wouldn't have been able to play dokkan in the first place.
I tried uninstalling the game and installing again, which gave blacks screen sometimes and wouldn't enter. Still, I was able to get it working, and the game worked fine, with me being able to log on my google account and start the download. The download went fine, downloaded until 4000 or something files, and then, it gave download failed. Tried uninstalling the game and installing from the aurora store, worked fine, able to log on, able to download files, until stopped at 4000 or something files.
Tried the script. Learned that dokkan seems to only care about libndk and didn't work with just libhoudini. Removed, installed again libndk and libhoudini, separated or combined. Still didn't work.
The only thing I haven't tried, is uninstalling waydroid and installing it again.
I'm not sure if I even wanted to post here, since I don't truly know if this a issue with waydroid script, my pc, dokkan or waydroid itself. In my opinion, it must be dokkan, somehow. Because, I can enter the game, it works, I'm able to connect to my account, even a good amount of files are download, yet that specific spot of 4000 or something files, gives me that download failed. Like, what else could it be? I don't mind if this gets closed down, just want to know if there is something that can be done about this.

Nevermind guys, I found a way to make Dokkan Battle work on my linux. Here is a little rundown, in case this issue truly can't be solved or just an extra way to make the game work. Mind you, my pc has old hardware with nvidia, and doesn't even meet the requirements for Android Studio Emulator (16GB of ram, I only have 12GB), which is what allowed me to run the game. Yet, it still worked, so I think anyone with a slightly better hardware that might not be nvidia, will probably have better chances or easier time setting this up. I tried genymotion, but it no work.
Install Android Studio, with the emulator.
Before creating a virtual device, go to Settings and check SDK.
Click on Android SDK, click on SDK Tools and enable NDK (Side by side). By the way, this is for Dokkan Battle specifically, which uses libndk, so if your game uses something else like libhoudini, you may want to research if there is a SDK extension for it and see if its available to enable it on Android Studio.
Download the NDK, and click Apply.
This should be everything, at least for before the device.
Now, click on More Actions and click on Virtual Device Manager.
Click on make a new virtual device.
The device that allowed me to play Dokkan Battle, was like this:
Latest Android version (16 or maybe 11? Don't think it can be too old, mine was 16 thought)
Services has to be at least Google Play.
Before choosing a system image, enable Show system images with SDK extensions, which I believe allows NDK to actually work.
Choose a system image that has the API with ext at the end (like ext18 or ext19, mine is ext19).
(The system image I use is Google Play Intel x86_64 Atom System Image, the API being 36.0-ext19, this may change with hardware, not so sure)
There is the additional settings now, just change the storage to handle your game, the ram to at least 4GB (though, I tried 8GB, and it worked? Kept resetting, so I just used 6GB instead).
After all that, click on Finish, and the device should be created.
Test, and see if it works. I was able to login with my Google account, download Dokkan (which showed that it was not available to my device, on past tests that were on lower android versions and with no NDK enabled, similar to waydroid without libndk installed), play Dokkan, test the game and see, that it works.
There is definitely some weirds things, like intros ending early, some super attacks showing the K.O screen before they actually finish the animations. But, overall? It works, and well enough. No download failed (also, while downloading the 26000 or something files, the game crashes halfway through. Don't worry about it, I just entered the game again, and it downloaded everything with no problems. Doesn't seem to have any corruptions, yet.). This is still prone to crashes.

Anyway, I might close this issue after a week or month, if I don't forget. Just to not get in the way of more important issues, because I think I only have this problem on waydroid, because of specific hardware and such. If anyone can't use waydroid, try Android Studio Emulator or Genymotion.

Forgot to put here that I used weston too.
