When I run sudo python3 waydroid_extras.py -n, it shows

==> Stopping waydroid and unmounting already mounted images...
==> Found system image: /var/lib/waydroid/images/system.img
==> Resizing system image....
==> Unmounting .. 
==> Warning: umount failed.. umount: /tmp/waydroidimage: not mounted.
 
==> Failed to mount system image... !  mount: /tmp/waydroidimage: /dev/loop18 already mounted or mount point busy.

system: ubuntu focal

Have you stopped waydroid properly ? This typically happens when waydroid is still running or exited without clearing its mounts !

you can run sudo umount /dev/loop18 and try running the script again ! ( Replace /dev/loop18 with whatever it says is already mounted )

you can run sudo umount /dev/loop18 and try running the script again ! ( Replace /dev/loop18 with whatever it says is already mounted )

Thank you. I have fixed it. Maybe the way to stop waydroid properly should be added to the README.

hi,
when I run the "sudo python3 waydroid_extras.py -n" I pressed "y" to the conformation of the failed mount system img thinking it will mount the img later but i can't seem to open the waydroid again.

when i run the "waydroid show-full-ui" after "sudo systemctl start waydroid-container.service", it gives this output and i am not able to open waydroid: -
