Jörg Sommer 5f3fb8c48d README: Add description for using virtual environment 
At least, Debian is a bit picky on running *pip* as root and it doesn't
provide a package for InquirerPy. So, the best way is to use a virtual
environment for Python.

Alessandro Astone 2e693d03db Switch to a good verison of libndk_translation 
The previous version targeted Android 12 if 64 bit, so native arm64 apks
are very likely to not work. Switch to a version targeting Android 11.
